Treatments and prices

Most people come to us with a knee, a back or a shoulder that has stopped them doing something they love. Here's what we treat and what it costs.

Insurance and payment

What we treat

  • Running injuries

    Knees, shins, Achilles, heels

We watch you run, check your strength and mobility, and look at your training load. Most running injuries come from doing a little too much, too soon, so the plan usually changes how you train as well as what hurts.

  • Back and neck pain

Desk backs, lifting strains, stiff necks

Most back and neck pain is not serious and gets better with the right movement. We work out what makes yours better or worse, ease it with hands-on treatment, and give you a few exercises that fit into a working day.

  • Ski, bike and climbing injuries

    Shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles

Falls, twists and overuse: sprained knees and ankles, sore shoulders and climbers' fingers and wrists. Rehab builds toward the movements your sport needs, so the last stage looks a lot like skiing, riding or climbing.

  • Recovery after surgery

Knee and hip replacements, ACL and shoulder repairs

We follow your surgeon's protocol and keep them updated. Early visits focus on swelling and getting movement back; later ones on strength, balance and confidence, until you can do what you had the surgery for.

What a session includes

  • Hands-on treatment

Joint and soft-tissue work to ease pain and get things moving, when it helps. Not every visit needs it.

  • Exercise you can do at home

A short program with videos on your phone, built for the time and kit you actually have.

  • A clear explanation

What's going on, what to expect and what to avoid, in plain words. Pain makes more sense when you know why.
