Physical therapy in Bend for people who'd rather be outside
Hands-on treatment and a clear plan for knees, backs, shoulders and everything between. You see the same therapist from first visit to last.
What we help with
If it's stopping you from doing something you love, it's worth a visit. You don't need a diagnosis first.

Running injuries
Knees, shins, Achilles, heels
From your first 5K to your third ultra. We look at how you run, not just where it hurts.
Back and neck pain
Desk backs, lifting strains, stiff necks
The most common reason people come to us, and usually one of the quickest to improve.
Ski, bike and climbing injuries
Shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles
Getting you back on the mountain, the trail or the wall, and staying there.
Recovery after surgery
Knee and hip replacements, ACL and shoulder repairs
Rehab that follows your surgeon's plan, from the first weeks to full strength.

How a recovery plan works
Every plan moves through the same four stages, like an exercise band that gets a little stronger each time. How long each one takes depends on you.
Stage 1: Assess
A full first visit: how you move, what hurts and what you want to get back to.
Stage 2: Treat
Hands-on work to settle the pain down, so you can start moving properly again.
Stage 3: Strengthen
A home program that builds week by week, checked and moved on at each visit.
Stage 4: Back to it
Running, skiing or climbing again, with a plan to keep the problem from coming back.
